Fostoria Lake Plains Barbershop Chorus and Prestige

For nearly 50 years, the men of the Lake Plains Chorus based in Fostoria, have been offering the best “G” rated entertainment in barbershop style.  The purpose of the chorus is to perpetuate the old American institution, the barbershop quartet, and to promote and encourage vocal harmony and good fellowship among its members; to encourage and promote the education of its members and the public in music appreciation; to initiate, promote and participate in charitable projects; and to promote public appreciation of barbershop harmony.

Fusing quality vocal production with a deep musical sensibility and feel, the vocal quartet Prestige has been wowing audiences around the Midwest and beyond since their formation in 2008.  From humble beginnings in Northwest Ohio, they quickly rose to success in competition, winning the International Collegiate Barbershop Competition in 2011.
