 Mission Statement

The mission of Youtheatre is to create an inclusive environment in which to inspire and enrich lives of all youth, regardless of income or ability, by providing educational opportunities and promoting an appreciation of the Arts.

Young Playwrights Group
Students meet on a regular basis with area theatre professionals with the purpose of learning the craft of playwriting and then having the opportunity to produce and see their works performed on stage.  The project goals are to encourage creative expression through scriptwriting, to provide opportunity for studying and analyzing exisiting theatrical works, and to learn the process of producing a script, all while having fun!
