The Arts Partnership Names
Executive Director
 
The Arts Partnership of Greater Hancock County has named Leigh Esper as its new Executive Director. The appointment is effective beginning September 13. 2010.
 
Esper will succeed Char Johannigman, who announced her plans to leave the organization following six years as Executive Director.                                                     
 
Ms. Esper will be responsible for financial and personnel management, media and public relations, as well as strategic planning and development for the local arts organization. "I am very excited about the energy and experience that Leigh will bring to this demanding position and am confident that she is the right person to lead our organization," said Brian Young, President of the Board of Directors for The Arts Partnership.
 
Prior to The Arts Partnership, Ms. Esper was the Administrative Manager of the Northwest Ohio Flood Mitigation Partnership. She is a graduate of Findlay High School, Bowling Green State University and the University of Dayton.
